Metal Additive Manufacturing: new advances for real profitability

“Metal Additive Manufacturing: new advances for real profitability”

Objectives:

Identify by market segment the key elements favourable to the integration of Additive Manufacturing.

Program:

Metal technologies (MBJ, LBM, WAAM, M-FDM, …) and their target applications.  Presentation of the new CETIM approach for the detection and study of relevant applications for your company.

A virtual visit of the CETIM Additive Manufacturing platform in Cluses will be conducted by our team who will detail the production steps on each machine and answer your questions live.

Date:

TBA

Time:

16:00 to 17:30 (GMT +8), Singapore time

Topics covered during the presentation:

Features presented from case studies:

  • Context
  • Ageing of equipment
  • Proof of fatigue strength of steel structures in Europe: Eurocodes
  • Crane design, residual life of cranes and related Rules and Standards
  • Pressure vessels and boilers
