Engineer / Senior Engineer
(Inspections, Asset Integrity Management, RBI)

Working closely with the Senior Consultant / Consultant and the Technical Expert Teams, the Engineer (Inspections, Asset Integrity Management, RBI) would be exposed to a wide spectrum of equipment and industries, e.g. marine, oil and gas, utilities, petrochemicals etc…

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site inspection for power plants, oil and gas, and maritime industry to assess and evaluate the condition and integrity of equipment/facilities through various engineering inspection techniques.
  • Technical calculations using appropriate industry standard and code of practices for Condition Assessment, Fitness for Service (FFS) and Residual Life Assessment (RLA) of the equipment.
  • Consultancy work relating to engineering and plant condition issues.
  • Non-Destructive tests and evaluations
  • Risk-based Inspection (RBI) and stress analysis using available Softwares (such as Antea-RBI, RiskWise, Rohr2, Ansys, SolidWorks etc…)
  • Research and development for new services and skills development


  • Bachelor’s degree in Material Science / Materials Engineering / Mechanical Engineering 
  • Possess AP 510/570/580 certification will be an added advantage
  • Experience/knowledge in Asset Integrity Management, RBI, RLS, FFS
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills and manage multiple projects and timelines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Prepared to work at site and in the laboratory
