Gear wear & damage recognition. Introduction to the new ISO 10825
A vision into the appearance and fundamental causes of gear failure modes. This training provides gear manufacturers and users with the necessary skills to examine, assess and recognize common gear failure modes.
Upon completion of the training, the attendants will be able to carry out the following:
- Examine the different aspects of gear failures.
- Assess and interpret common gear failure modes.
- Appreciate what is considered normal wear and what could potentially be a problem and know the appropriate action to take.
