    – Presentation of the concepts of the Industry of the Future and the contributions of
      digitalization

  • Transformation Bricks and 4.0 technologies Application
    – Understand the potential of the main technologies (ro/cobotics, industrial internet and
      data exploitation, industrial management, augmented reality), Costs, ROI, Human
      Resource Impact, Associated Risks during implementation

  • Potential new business models
    – Potential gains in performance, new strategies for new products and services

  • Projection of transformation concepts into the company
    – Learn the application through an interactive game drawn from real case studies of
    industrial companies before projecting company-specific projects

Vincent Nourisson

Vincent works as a transformation architect with industrial companies in the manufacturing sector to support in defining their roadmap, implementing projects towards the Industry of the Future. Operational support for the deployment of technology and the digitalization of processes, ensuring value creation and integration by operational staff.
