Electrification of Mobility: Cetim’s Expertise and Testing Capabilities

Cetim, the French leading technological accelerator for industry, announces the signature of a new training contract with Technip Energies, a leading engineering and technology company in energy infrastructure and decarbonization. This agreement covers the international deployment of a strategic program dedicated to Design to Cost (D2C) (*) and Productization (**). This training framework, based on tailored instructional design and developed in partnership with Cost House, is fully aligned with the technological and operational transformation undertaken by Technip Energies.

LAUNCH OF A HIGH-STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

A new video now available online showcases the expertise and facilities deployed by Cetim to support manufacturers looking to electrify their vehicle ranges – on-road, off-road, rail, and airborne applications.

Electrification is now one of the main drivers of transport decarbonization. It is profoundly transforming the mechanical engineering industry and reshaping the challenges faced by manufacturers. Which materials should be selected? How can components be validated? How can the performance and reliability of a complete system be guaranteed under real operating conditions? Cetim provides answers to these critical questions.

This is precisely what a new video available on our YouTube channel demonstrates. The video highlights Cetim’s expertise and unique testing and engineering resources dedicated to mobility electrification. These capabilities cover every scale of development, from materials and components to complete systems.

Viewers will discover Cetim’s electrification test benches, advanced simulation capabilities, state-of-the-art material and component characterization equipment, and even its anechoic chambers, which can be used to measure electromagnetic emissions generated by equipment such as motor drives and power electronics systems.

The video “Mobility Electrification: Securing Your Mechanical Solutions for Electrified Transportation” is available on the Cetim France YouTube channel.
