Senior Engineer (Inspections, Asset Integrity Management, RBI)
Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with the Technical Expert teams, the Senior Engineer (Inspections, Asset Integrity Management, RBI) will execute and report on jobs and projects related (but not limited) to:
- Site inspection for power plants, Oil & Gas industry, Lifting equipment.
- Condition Assessment and Residual Life Assessment (RLA) for plants.
- Fitness for Service (FFS) assessment for plants.
- Risk based inspection (RBI) for plant Asset Integrity Management, etc.
- Technical assessment for extension of statutory inspection.
You would be exposed to a wide spectrum of equipment and industries, e.g. marine, oil and gas, utilities, Petrochemicals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Material Science / Materials Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
- Possession of API 510/570/580 certification will be an added advantage
- Experience/knowledge in Asset Integrity Management, RBI, RLA, FFS
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and timelines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, confident and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Prepared to work at site and in the laboratory
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the relevant fields
